Join us as a Content and Design Specialist, where you’ll create high-quality content and visual designs that support communications and brand initiatives, craft stories, manage social media, and design visuals that amplify our mission and brand.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop creative content for social media, website, newsletters, blogs, and videos aligned with our brand goals.
- Manage content databases, including newsletters, blogs, videos, and other digital resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather stories, updates, photos, and other content inputs.
- Support strategy implementation by tracking department activities and initiatives to be featured across content channels.
- Track and report on content performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Design & Visual Communication
- Design graphics, brochures, leaflets, reels, and short-form videos using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
- Apply digital proficiency and technical know-how to refine content and ensure quality across channels.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and initiatives.
- Social Media Management
- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies reflecting our brand and values.
- Help develop and manage social media content calendars; handle daily posting, respond to messages/comments, and actively engage with the online community.
- Assist in running and monitoring social media campaigns, including organic and paid initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Support in building and enhancing LinkedIn presence, including profile optimization and consistent branding.
- Monitor engagement metrics for content and designs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and design.
- Proficiency in using Canva and basic design tools; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) is an advantage.
- Understanding of key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
- Strong writing and communication skills (Nepali and English), with a keen eye for detail, tone, and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with content planning, scheduling tools, and analytics.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding or hands-on experience in Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads Manager is a plus.
- Experience in creating brochures, digital flyers, and leaflets is highly desirable.
