Senior Manager- Operations and Growth

Join us as Senior Manager – Operations and Growth, where you’ll oversee managers across multiple sites, ensure operational excellence, and spearhead strategies for innovation and scalability. Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and guide all department managers to drive organizational goals while fostering their growth and development.
    • Manage cross-cutting operations across departments such as Operations, E-waste, Clientele, Accounts, etc. Monitor performance, review reports, and coordinate between multiple locations as needed to ensure smooth interdepartmental execution and prompt issue resolution.
    • Standardize processes, ensure compliance and promote cross-department collaboration.
    • Act as the key liaison between managers and the Executive team.
  • Strategy Planning & Review
    • Work with department managers to set organizational growth targets and align both departmental and intra-departmental objectives.
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve organizational goals and long-term profitability.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies.
    • Monitor progress, resolve issues in growth plans, and present weekly and monthly reports to the core team.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Work with the executive team and managers to set department-specific strategies and KPIs supporting organizational growth.
    • Routinely network within the industry to identify new prospects and opportunities in scrap management and waste management solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with scrap traders, factories, corporate clients, and government institutes.
    • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, targeting manufacturing industries, MNCs, recycling companies, large-scale waste producers, and multi-chain stores.
    • Apply for and secure government and private tenders and auctions; negotiate buying and selling prices in line with market trends.
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and internal data to guide decision-making.
  • Others
    • Provide strategic recommendations and updates on operational performance, business development, and growth initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in multi-department leadership and growth management.
  • Strong experience in strategy development, business growth, and operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to mentor and inspire managers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and support managers in problem-solving.
  • Public speaking skills are a plus but not required.
